Shows a classic but complex aroma of baked pineapple, fresh jalapeño, and a blast of sea salt minerality. The palate is on the lighter side with some intermingling of citrus, fine herbs, and tropical fruit. There's an assertive finish of dried pepper and another blast of brine. 40% Alc./Vol.
